Based on previous good experience of this company I ordered further work (doors) from them. However this turned out to be a mistake as the hardwood doors discussed with Mr Cranston turned up made from softwood! Telephone discussion just turned up the response ' I'm not sure there is anything that can be done'!!! I was expected to pay for their mistake. Steer clear, there are other manufacturers out there.
