Love our new kitchen Thank you
Dear Nicola, Thank you so much for our wonderful new kitchen. We would certainly be recommending you to our family and friends. The whole process was very professional and the finishing result is exactly what the designer said it would be but even better. It has really exceeded our expectations and everyone whom has seen it has been wowed. The designer definitely has Flair. Well done kitchen Flair. Great Kitchen
We recently had to look for a new kitchen after the one that had been in for over 30 years finally fell apart. We looked at a couple of places but the design that they came up with was exactly the same as the kitchen we already had. Nicola from Kitchen Flair came along and completely redesigned our kitchen. Thanks to Nicola we have now got a modern and comtemporary kitchen which we are very pleased with and now have more cupboards and work space than we had before. The kichen has been admired by everyone who has seen it.

Everything worked out.
I have used Kitchen Flair this year, 2012. I thoroughly enjoyed the designer journey with Nichola, she really got into my head and successfully designed a room to suit my lifestyle, she knows her stuff and you can tell she enjoys her job. The kitchen is working well and everyone is impressed by the layout and the units. There was a glitch with fitting but it was sorted out really quickly and the work continued. The business-model of the fitters seems to be that they make an initial plan and then follow it implicitly, therefore any aspiration by the purchaser is not fulfilled if it is not ‘on the plan', so ensure that t's are crossed and i's are dotted at the outset, to help them, get a photocopy of the plan for yourself too. For example, a 20cm overhang is the norm for worktops and bars. Sometimes however, a wider overhang is possible because in reality, the available space around the unit permits it. Achieving more worktop area is a better way of using a huge piece of expensive timber as cutoffs are thrown out. But 20cm is the norm, and even if it looks better with additional cms, 20cm you will get lol. Sorry fitters. Despite the late start when and your failure to let me know (when I would have been most understanding that you had not quite finished your previous job) everything worked out so don't feel too bad.

I love my new kitchen.
If you want an professional design, an excellent service and a quality kitchen that will last - then I recommend Kitchen Flair. The design was just what we wanted and more, the surveyor put our mind at rest when we asked a million and one questions and the fitter could not have been more helpful and even worked the weekends to get my kitchen all finished before Christmas. All in all a fabulous service and I would recommend Kitchen Flair to anyone.

Oh how i wished i had read some of these reviews before i parted with my cash , The most unproffesional shower of people, i have ever come across in a retail trade.Starting with the very rude owner a large italian man Mr Labatino ,, I cannot even start to advise of the catalouge of errors , we have encountered, My advise to any unsuspecting customers, is please look elsewhere, and save yourselves any unnecesary stress

Great Service
I just got my kitchen before Christmas and I am very happy with the design and service from Kitchen Flair. Yes there were a couple of issues throughout the process but nothing that wasn't dealt with at the time. I would rather use an independant company than a big store that don't really care!!

Very Stressfull
We had a kitchen designed and fitted nearly three years ago, still looking good. Our problem was mainly with the contracted tiler they supplied, tile look ok but not properly finished( small tile missed out above window, but not easily visible) and caused damage to worktops and cooker so needed all taking out and replacing - extra stress and inconvenience! I do not know if the problems we had with the white goods fitted was as a result of choosing from more reasonably priced items, but had problem with washing machine - had to be changed, and our oven was changed and then the elament kept going (replaced twice) bought a new oven after just two years when developed 3rd fault! Maybe we were just unlucky. Kitchen flair were polite to deal with and their best asset is the designer, Nicola. Great customer relations, fantastic designer, and a generally lovely girl. A credit to the company. I know all companies no matter how good have bad experiences for some customers, but when you are the 'one' bad customer it is very upsetting. I hope anyone with good experiences will also give their comments for a balanced review.

I did the design for the above Kitchen and yes it is superb , unique and made to measure ... therefore it would be almost impossible to "use" me as a design service ... Thanks Paul ... but i would like to add to the comments above that after nearly 20 years of business, aproximately 200 - 250 rooms a year are furnished by Kitchen Flair ..and 2 unhappy customers ...... speaks for it self

extremely poor customer service
I had my kitchen fitted 4 years ago and it is starting to fall to bits now. Can't get kitchen flair to come out and put it right. They dont even return your calls. My advise if you are looking for a new kitchen would be to look somewhere esle!

Design great - everything else awful!
I used this business on the recommendation of a family member. The design process was superb and the kitchen now looks great, but that is the only positive. I continually had to chase them for a start date, finally giving me a weeks notice. The fitters did an ok job but managed to remove my outside tap - which still hasn't been fixed. The tiler had to come back twice then I just got another person to do it. Overall I would recommend that you use the design and get another person to make the kitchen! I will not deal with this company again, the amount of chasing I had to do for every step of the way was incredible, and don't believe them if they say they'll call back later!
