Paid them loads for a new bathroom. Promised a craftsman and got the trainee. Very poor. Experience made even worse bu constantly seeing them stocking up with cabinets at B&Q. They buy cheap and sell high. Complained but did not even get the coutesy of a reply. Leave well alone
