These people are a scam. I commisioned a kitchen from them in 2008, paid a deposit of £200.00, never heard from them since. I tried ringing and even faxed the information to them to no avail. They make my blood boil....

trying to get replacement intergrated fridge,I telephone customer service put you through ,then continually rings,service abysmal,I have rung ,wrote no replys,told me a month ago it was on order,still waiting,I am at wits end ,When customer service answer they put you through,and they know no answer

can't understand all the negative contacts on here. This was my third, yes, THIRD kitchen from these guys and was absolutely spot on. One worktop was scratched, but I never checked it when it was delivered, replaced by 10am the next day.

The Kitchen designer followed me to a cash machine for his deposit!!!! Should have walked away but didn't, now im going through the cancellation process. Rang the Donacster office with no reply, then called another number and started to speak to somebody, but obviously i bored them because they hung the phone up on me..... Wish me luck at getting my money back because i think im going to need it. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEY'RE TALK, THEY WILL JUST ROB YOU!

4 months after parting with my hard earned cash I still have missing doors and am on my 3rd faulty appliance with no apparent hope of a replacement or any cash back. I have made daily phone calls and three trips to the Doncaster showroom, lost a freezer full of food and had to pay repeat costs for kitchen and gas fitters due to missing or faulty parts. Don't be fobbed off either by being told that the person you need is in customer services when you have rung the showroom-or vice versa. Get a name, ring either number and ask for that person. They will be there as both numbers go to the same place! This firm is a disgrace to the industry and should be stopped. I am in the process of starting a claim in the County Court but looking at other websites which mention this company, I am the latest in a long line.

My kitchen had a few problems but what can you expect from a company that deals with 1000's of customers weekly! It took a week to sort everything, but its the best kitchen iv purchased! The doncaster showroom staff have been very helpful in everyway possible, id definatly recommend them!

My god, having paid my deposit, i have lost all confidence after reading the above comments, i have cancelled my order via recorded delivery letter, as in cooling off period and hope i get my deposit back, which i dont think i will, but will report them if they dont.

Paid £750 pounds for new kitchen doors and drawer fronts. Over 50% were faulty. Returned them for replacement which never happened. Asked for my money back and still waiting. Sales staff are fine until you part with your money and then they don't want to know. Am now taking them to court to try to get refund. Wrote to Mr James Holden who is a director of the company. He said on 'Blagger.com' that he takes all complaints seriously. Don't beleive him. I have sent him 2 emails and he has failed to reply to either of them. Am seriouly thinking of contacting BBC Watchdog to let everybody know what a lot of rubbish this company is.

Bought new kitchen doors and drawer fronts from them in March. Most were faulty and returned for replacement. Still waiting. Am now at the end of my tether as what to do now. Paid £750 for rubbish. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

Don't go there. i used them at xmas for a fitted kitchen and paid in full, they delivered wrong kitchen, appliances were misssing and had ripped out my old kitchen. I have been left without a kitchen and all the wrong delivery lying in my home with no answer from the company. i am currently taking them to court. There designer is also useless. glasgow.

Don't go there.I was sent a sink that had already been stuck down elsewhere,therefor the fittings were broken and the sink was bevelled leaving it impossible to fit now.Drawer fronts were damaged,the tap came with half the bits missing I had to go to B&Q to get bits to replace.The oven was supposed to be fan assisted,but wasn't.There was no corner post,a damaged cupboard door and one missing.They say e-mail or fax any missing or damaged parts,but when you do the phone rings out and the fax is never answered.I have been on to trading standards about this company because they are just ripping people off.So far I have had no joy since October last year.I'm still waiting for my kitchen to be finished .So do yourself a favour and really don't go there.

The designer insisted on a CASH deposit when ordered 3.11.08 Kitchen (including damaged units,doors etc.) delivered insisted CASH, Their recommended fitters came on 19.11.08 again insisted on CASH, still to date 6.01.09 i have no sink/taps worktops in my kitchen, when calling nobody can help. Asked for Manager never there to speak to. Be prepared for a long long wait if you are silly enough, like myself to trust and use this company, MFI are now out of business but at least they completed their kitchens within days as promised all this company do is offer empty promises i am afraid. I have had to use garden tap for water supply and now with sub zero temperatures have to use bath taps. How could anybody ever recommend a company with a service like this. I have been patient but am afraid i cannot be any longer and i am being left no other choice but to take the matter further.
