Design & Build

The design process is an important stage at Kitwe, we offer an extensive pre-contract facility which includes planning, design and value engineering. During this stage we work very closely with the client and our specialist consultants to ensure that our clients secure the best possible results from their site and budget.
Having gained a wealth of experience Kitwe are happy to take on all projects, from exclusive small bespoke schemes to larger projects we give the same dedication and high quality of workmanship to all of our projects.
Build
During the build of your project you will be regularly updated and kept informed of what is happening and what stage your project is at.
Kitwe have expertise in many areas of construction, as a building contractor we have worked with registered social landlords (RSLs) such as housing associations & local authorities. We also have experience in the construction of commercial premises such as retail, office & leisure developments and are able to construct cost effective industrial premises including purpose built factory & warehouse units.

Building Contractors

Our Construction Division has dedicated Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Project Managers and operatives. This allows a tailored approach to large scale projects.
The team will manage the latter stages of any project to ensure a professional and quality finish on every building
Kitwe ensures its approved subcontractors undergo a rigorous assessment process. We work in partnership with key subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the quality standard remains high throughout the project.
With a combined experience of over 60 years, the Building Division Management team provides a first rate service to every client. Our experience includes commercial and residential builds, new builds, alterations and refurbishments. Clients range from private individuals, private companies, local authorities and RSL's. This wide range of experience ensures that any project Kitwe undertake will be completed to the highest possible standard and in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
Our building division works closely will all other departments, including design, to offer clients value engineering solutions throughout all stages of the job.
Difficult refurbishments and renovation projects are undertaken with flexibility, skills and cost savings. Tight deadlines and ambitious programmes are also met as a result of continued and direct involvement in the construction. This excellent understanding of the construction process and being able to see development projects through to completion, in turn, reassures joint venture partners, funding partners and investors.
