Poor service
Ongoing issues for several years trying to keep a new 2 drawer dishwasher proved to be good money after bad. Delighted to have ripped it out at last ... High maintenance and totally temperamental flooding kitchen and needing so many new parts . Wenwere offered a new machine for half price but declined due to the poor maintenance

Disappointing
I purchased a Fischer & Paykel fridge and it came delivered with a scratched door. THe supplier has contracted Kiwi Appliance rescue to replace. It took them 6 weeks to supply me with the wrong replacement part. They then spent a further 6 weeks getting the correct one. When the service engineer came out to fit it he damaged the fridge. I have not heard from them since.
