Both Annabel Kaye and Christopher Head offered no-nonsense, practical advice with regards to an employment tribunal I was facing. I had suspected a former worker would attempt to take me to Tribunal, a huge concern for a start-up business! Having attended the Koffee Klatch seminar about Freelancing, I went on to purchase the Freelancer Agreement. The seminar was very interesting and brought up many things I hadn’t even considered when putting together a Freelance Agreement and discerning between what could be considered employed/self-employed status.
