Art Deco Minuta mantle clock c1940

I bought this clock in good faith that it was in full working order from Koos Limburg Jnr. Admittedly it arrived by courier on the agreed day. On opening the box I was so disappointed with the numerous scratches evident on the dial. The clock was not in full working order. The chiming mechanism was not attached. The key to wind the chiming mechanism would not fit as the chiming pin was significantly off centre. I have sent numerous emails to the seller to complain about the poor condition of the clock and to request the return of my £500 which I paid via bank transfer to a personal account. The request for a refund was refused. I have since taken the clock to a local repairer who subsequently has restored the clock to working order but not before commenting on the poor condition the clock was in when I received it. The seller’s customer service is appalling; I have received nothing but insults from him, where he blamed me for damaging the clock. Never will I buy anything else from this man! I’ve well and truly got my fingers burnt with dealing with this man.
