HORRIBLE LVL EXPERIENCE

woman that did my lashes took more time than usual. I had LVL lash lift & tint before here. I know what LVL is/how it works/how long it takes. She took more time & I knew she was not professional as she seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. When she finished i looked at the mirror saw nothing changed my lashes look the same. NOT TINTED + NOT LIFTED AT ALL. I told her to do it again because I look the same! She tried but I looked the same! MY LASHES WERE NOT TINTED + NOT LIFTED/CURLED AT ALL. I told her i wont pay £45 for nothing; she began accusing me of wanting to get services for free & how she feels in her heart that my intention was not to pay at all since I came in the salon! She accused me & judged me. I asked to call a manager she refused saying nobodys available & they wont help. She demanded I pay. the way she handled the situation was appalling & Im extremely disturbed she accused me of such a foul act! the way they treat loyal customers is disgusting!!!
