Holiday booking from Hell
We had loooked every where for tickets to India from 2nd Feb and returning on 24th Feb but we could not find flights on these dates for under £400. But when approaching Krishna Travel we were advised by Meena (OWNER) that they had those dates with Turkish airline. I had asked Meena to ensure that the flight had no stop over on return as every other place stated it would be a stop over on return. Meena confirmend there were no stop over but then had called back after two days to advise that we have to stay a night in Istanbul on the way back. I advised Meena that we would need to get a Visa if this was the case for Istanbul but Menna had persisted that you would not require one if it was due to connecting flight. She again was wrong as when she had asked someone who new about connecting flight stay overs they advised her that a visa had been required. Another blunder that could of cost me a lot of hassel.Any how after all the mis communication Meena confirmend she had found the dates but we would have to retunrn back at Heathrow airport and not Birmingham. We were happy with this as it allowed us the time we required to stay in india and our hotels were booked up and till the 23rd, something we did our selves as Meena never got back to us on hotel bookin, package deals and domestic flight, even after several calls.Anyhow meena confirmend there would be no issues with the fligts. Me and my family were excited and were happy to get our tickets from a home based agent. Meena had chased me up several times the following morning for the funds. THerefore, I had given her the full cost in cash at her house and had been advised the tickets would be here in a few days. We waited over a week with no call from Meena, I then decided to chase the tickets up and for four days Meena had one reason or another for why the tickets were not ready to pick up. We had finally been so frustrated and stressed due to the flight dates only being a four of days away that we decided to go to her house. Meena had again given us some lame excuses on her being tied up and her systems being down and assured us that she would drop off the tickets the following day. My wife had by this time started stressing as she new by this time that this Meena is an unreliable person. Guess what happended, Meena did not turn up the following day with the tickets dispite sending us a tx saying that she had been on the road and would be there in 2mins. But she had called us after my wife had been abrupt over the phone with her and stated that she was going to do us a favour, due to having kids she would get us a flight returning back to Birmingham and the dates would not change at all. I could not believe it and asked her to send me the flight informtion. She did so and and it had been with a better airline also Business class returning on the 24th. I again called Meena and said is she sure she could do this she confirmend, yes ofcourse I can. My wife and me knew by then that she clearly has made a blunder somewhere as why would she go through the hassel on changing flights when she had not even deliver the original tickets to us. Guess what, the following day Meena sends me a tx and stated she could not transfer the tickets. So ME AND MY WIFE WENT STRAIGHT down to her home based office to pick up our original tickets. meena printed out the tickets but when I had checked the dates it stated return on the 23rd as apoossed to the 24th of Feb. I knew there was a reason why she had made this whole process hell for us, it's cause the silly women had never actually got us the dates we wanted, hence why she wanted to get us Emriates flights returning on the 24th on exchange. When confronting her of this her husband advised meena to cancel the flights as it was not there fault and they had sent us info of return for the 23rd. I advised them that we would be left with all hotel and domestic booked flights with no international flight and only two days to have it sorted. They had not appolagised or admitted there blunders but just insisted it was our fault. I eventually took the tickets and advised Meena to really get her self sorted as she had made our holiday booking a 'booking in hell'. By the way, I booked all my othere flights on sky scanner within an hour wit h no issues at all. I just wished I had done this with the international flight as the cost were exactly the same but the information is at your finger tips with no hassel, no travel, no bull...., and all done within an hour. Please don't have the stress that me and my family had to go through with Krishna Travel. This women Meena is not an agent as she does not have a clue about anything, why and how she does this job i do not know!!

cheap air tickets
i have bought a ticke birmingham to mumbai the rate was very gud plus i have bought a goa package aswell its all comes very reasonable and hotel category was breliant and i suggest to people buy a air tickets with krishnatravel .staff is very nice .
