Our group classes contain no more than 6 people and they make use of a variety of equipment as well as body-weight exercises.

Group Exercise Classes
Our Accelerator Programme provides small-group exercise classes that take place every day between Monday and Saturday at a variety of times. There are no more than 6 people in each class and the classes take the form of circuit training.
