we use recycled or refurbished (fully tested) parts where available to save you money (except hard drives due to data protection), unless you specify otherwise, we keep our prices low, even for new parts used
when we give you a quote that's what you pay, no unexpected extra's, and you get 3 months warranty on any hardware repair carried out
if we find something else while working on your machine we will contact you before work commences,
no fix no charge, we carry out all repairs in the shop so you know where your property is..
we offer a free local collection and delivery service for the elderly and disabled (3 mile radius of the shop) simple repairs can be carried out on site
we do have set prices for re-installs, software upgrades, virus or malware/spyware/ransomware removal and other services.. ask for a quote
