What an evening, we were fully booked; the last table booking in at 5pm on the day, With the full menu being served and also adding four new dishes to the menu the challenge was evident.Deej and I had been preparing all day and all the chocolate hearts, parmesan hearts and tomato roses were prepared to garnish the meal, Paula and Keira has spent time setting up the restaurant with fresh red roses, chocolates, grapes and freshly pressed table clothes and runners, the Restaurant and it looked amazing.when the customers came in, it was the realisation that hard work and attension to detail had paid off, with gasps of amazment and the word WOW comming from everyones lips.Champagne was pouring and lots of smiling adoring looks from the happy customers, I made sure i walked around the tables to speak to as many people as I could and they all had a wonderfull time, It is the good times that are worth remembering in bussiness and this was definatley one of them.I now look forward to an amazing Mothers day,
