Rude staff and unclean
Booked in for pedicure after getting a discount voucher off Groupon when I went in the only member of staff at the salon didn't acknowledge me for about 5 minutes and then when I asked about my appointment she said there was no appointment booked. She didn't apologise or offer me another appointment. Instead she suggested I get a refund.
