Awful service
Went into the chelmsford store to return items, of which I changed my mind on once I got home, there was 3 members of staff on and I was the only customer in the store so they wasn't busy, just standing at the till..when the Lady looked at the times from the original bag still she almost seemed annoyed, and didn't want to touch them was hesitant, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Anyway the item that was £32 I could only have £10 back to spend in store.. So I didn't complain just went to look for something else, I chose a bra but couldn't find my size so I said excuse me and interrupted their conversation.. I asked if they were the only sizes.. One of the girls quickly said yes that's it, until one of the girls come over and said well we do have a few in the draw.. So I finally relieved help that I original asked for. Overall I felt like they didn't care, dis interested, and also just wanted to get rid of me. Made me completely not want to come back. So instead of spending the £50 I could of I chose to only spend £10 and leave. Not a good way at keeping customers.

Don't Allow them to Measure You
La Senza stubbornly continues to promote the incorrect +4 Bra sizing method. After I bought bras from the Chelmsford store, bras which I was told were a good fit, I spent months with terrible back and shoulder pains because the bra was not the correct size. La Senza doesn't actually stock my size, so I can't shop there anyway, but I wouldn't anyway, because they are continuously teaching women a terrible fitting technique. Please - if you are going to buy a new bra in La Senza visit www.reddit.com/r/abrathatfits and check out the sizing guides shown there. Whatever you do don't let La Senza's fitters get their grubby hands on you.
