Nice food
We went on a weekday afternoon. So, the place wasn't too crowded. There was the options of the Menu Rapido which for £7.95 we got to choose 3 tapas and a drink, albeit from a much smaller and limited menu. We did not and went for the full proper menu.Food arrived pretty quickly and overall were absolutely delicious. One of the tapas that we ordered was garlic bread with cheese and what arrived looked like sun-dried tomato bread garlicky bruschetta. We asked the waiter if this was what we ordered and was told to be the correct one. Only when the bill arrived did it show it was the wrong one. Obviously we complained, and as an apology the dish (wrong one) was taken off the bill. So, quite a nice touch there!They have the Tapas for a tenner which sounds pretty good value for money. We will be going back to try that one in the near future.

La Tasca Tapas
The food at this restaurant was excellent. There was plenty of choice suitable for vegetarians and people with dietary requirements. The food and drink provided was very reasonably priced.The atmosphere was good with background music and plenty of room at the tables, there was quiet chattering but this did not disturb our meal.Service was excellent - the waitress was quick and efficient and extrememly well natured.The restaurant is situated in the oasis area of the meadowhall shopping centre and is extremely easy to reach on train, bus or tram.All in all we had an extrememly good evening and will definately be visiting again.
