Dont bother!
I have had a few dealings with these neandethals and will advise others to avoid these cowboys. The female assisant who answers the phone sounds like a council estate slapper. She answers the phone like: "wat you want? oo are u?" Same service everytime - reliably poor at her job. No telephone service or etiquette skills. She has no idea how to talk to propsective buyers, on how to be courteous and how to be polite. No one is saying wear a cocktail dress but for god sake act and sound the part? Mr.Singh is well like any snake oil salesman, he is only interested in you when he has something to sell to you and when he does not, well as the old saying goes, "time is money" - bye bye. Mr.Singh also suffers from a similar customer service related afflictions much like his assistant. Very rude, short and will look to get rid of you as soon as possible. If you want to see truly shocking customer experience and service then have a crack at these two cowboys. Shame they are still in operation, the real estate game is bad enough as it is - could do without these two.
