i have to absolutely reccomend this school of training for your dogs...i started off at the training school with my 12week old puppy collie sky after an inital visit and assesment i was put in the apropriate class with sky...she has since passed her puppy level course and gone on to the begginers class..liking the school i didn't stop there my new puppy bear was also enrolled as a 12 week old into the puppy class...he passed with a top grade in his class and the training was done patiently and quietly and with only small classes, michelle and cheryl have been on hand to answer any of my worrys or thoughts on bear's/sky's progress and have always been positive and supportive, i am still at present enjoying their ringcraft classes on a monday evening, it's great get to meet up with friends i have made at the school whilst i train my dog for showing ....great training...great people...and above all my well trained dog's....many thanks michelle nuttall and cheryl hill

Mr Bradwell You would of spoken to me Michelle Nuttall on the phone. I would not of insisted you bring your dog to a group session but suggested it as one of the options to you. In the first instance as some dogs do settle in our small groups, and the cost for this is much less £7.50 per group session or free if your dog is not ready / suitable for our groups.. compared to £60 charge for a one to one with me straight away. I would have of also explained ( as i do to to everyone ) if your dog is not suitable / ready for our group training I am willing to help on a one to one basis. The trainer who runs the group sessions for me ( not me ) would of only asked you to leave if she thought you and your dog would not gain / benefit from our group training sessions. The option of one to one would of course been still available to you.. Regards Michelle Nuttall

Spoke to the trainer at this centre & explained my dogs problems when on the lead & confronted by other dogs. she insisted that I bring my dog to a group session, which I explained I was worried about. I got there very early so I could make sure my dog was settled. As soon as other dogs arrived my dog became very upset & began to bark very loadly. At this point I was asked to leave. I have since then spoken to 3 people who have had poor & unprofessional dealings with Michelle Nuttall.
