Justin was recommended to me by a family member. I rang him for an appointment, he gave me a time and day. Checked my roof, which is a stone tiled roof. He told me what was wrong and what work need to be carried out, gave me a quote, which was very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be carried out. I was given a starting and finishing date, the work was completed within the time frame I was given and no hidden costs. The roof was completed in the summer of 2013, to a very high standard. I am more than happy with the work carried out, and would not hesitate to recommend Justin from Lancashire roofing. The work that was carried out was leading of the chimney breasts, re-felting of roof and stone tiled put back with damaged ones replaced like for like. Justin was fast efficient, hard working and reliable. Justin also identified and solved a problem we had to live with for over 3 years, a constant leak in are kitchen, during heavy rain. It turned out to be a faulty cavity tray, which he replaced. Since he replaced the cavity tray, we have experience to problems. Both the roof and kitchen have stood up to the storms of late Dec 2013 and Jan. 2014. One of the most reliable and experienced builders I have come across in a long time. I Will be going back to Justin and Lancashire Roofing again, and would recommend him without hesitation.
