We offer a complete range of care services including supported living and nursing care. Above all, our care and support is based on the needs of each person, their dignity and individuality. Accommodation based care is provided with evidence based interventions along a care pathway tailored to individual needs, choices and preferences. The care pathway involves initial placement in a nursing home with an expected average length of stay of 80 days, this is followed by a placement in less supported accommodation which is assessed on individual capacity.
Same sex accommodation is provided within self contained buildings with
single bedrooms. The care and support is delivered with privacy respect and
dignity.
Our philosophy is focused on recovery and building a satisfactory and
meaningful life as detainment by the individual. central to the recovery is a
person centered program aimed at giving the individual active control over
their life.
The use of the recovery star tool enables the individuals care to be planned
around their own defined goals and quality life outcomes.
Users of the care homes facilities benefit from day care facilities accessed via
our day centre which has a multidisciplinary team approach. Day care programs
are focused on enabling service users to acquire skills to live a more
independently.
Counseling services, group therapies and back to work engagement programs
can be accessed via the day centre.
