Fantastic! Very Good Service! Highly Recommended!

These guys are fantastic! Very very helpful. I would recommend them to everyone. I took my laptop in with a broken keyboard (my son had a tantrum). Whilst I waited the engineer replaced my keyboard, took approximately 15 minutes. He switched the laptop on, tested all the keys and it worked perfectly. I asked him about this box that kept popping up and I couldn't get rid of it, really annoying I would spend at least 10 minutes clicking the Red Cross button until it went away. He took a look and ran a few tests on it whilst I waited. It turned out to be spyware and I had one or two viruses too. He recommended that if it got any worse I should have my laptop wiped and windows re-installed. I paid for my keyboard total of £20. A few days later my laptop started to run really slow with the pop up boxes back again, so I took it back to them and they re-installed windows for me backed up all my documents and re-installed free software for viruses and spyware. All done the same day! I was only charged £25!! So I have my laptop back it is running like new again with no pop up boxes or running slow Thank you very much Laptop Repaired!
