Good repairers
I originally sent my VAIO VPCF series laptop into 2 repair centres to repair a graphics fault. Both repairers said that they had to replace the motherboard; one of them had the cheek to try and charge me for a screen also. Laptop Specialists advertise as a Sony specialist so decided to have a chat over the phone with one of their engineers, Simon. He advised me that repairs can be carried out on the graphics for a flat fee and if they couldn’t repair it, they wouldn’t charge me. Courier arrived and had my laptop back repaired for the promised fee within 48 hours. Honestly I would recommend Laptop Specialists to anyone.

Satisifed
The hinge on my Sony Vaio was very loose and started to affect my laptop screen. These repairers fixed my laptop within 48 hours. Fully satisfied customer.

Trustworthy
Had a pleasant experience with my VAIO repair. Had to have the motherboard changed in the end but loved my Sony so much I had the repair carried out. Fast repair and a suitable warranty period, was a little more than I expected but I suppose that’s the price of a motherboard. They assured me they couldn’t do anything with the old motherboard so for peace of mind I took the motherboard to a different repairer. They said the same thing so very trustworthy also. Would recommend.

Honest Repairers and go the Extra Mile
In the past I have been dubious about using computer repair companies as I have been stung many times. I have to say these chaps where very friendly from the moment I entered their workshop. I had trouble with my sony laptop starting and thought the worst. Within the day they had repaired my laptop and contacted me to collect. To my amazement they had also backed up all my files to a free Laptop Specialists memory stick just in case any further incidents occurred. In all honesty these young gentlemen go the extra mile to satisfy and I would highly recommend.
