3 calls in the last week using a local area code when I rang it back it was virgo from Bradford which is about 70 miles from me how are they using local area codes ?

New garage roof
I had a new garage roof put on by Virgo last summer and it's been great. I phoned to ask them to send soembody out to give me a quote. The salesman looked at my garage (which was leaking from the roof that day as it was raining). He recommended that I have the whole roof redone rather than a load of repairs to fix all the leaks (there were lots of them lol). He explained that if I chose rubber roof it would be laid in one sheet with no joins making it less likely to get damaged or leak. That's what I went for. The workmen who came to do the new roof were really quick workers, it all went smoothly and took less time than Id expected. Everything got cleared up afterwards, leaving no mess for me to sort out. The garage roof has been fine over the winter and still looks really good (husband went up there on the weekend to inspect it). We've had one follow up phone call since the job was done, just asking if we were happy with the work and asking if we needed anything else done. I said that we don't need anything done now and don't have the money for more work. I haven't been called by Virgo since. They did a great job and I would recommend to friends and family.

Very Bad
I have been let down by this company on so many occasions. they made appointments and did not turn up. They refused to pay compensation for my loss of earnings for the missed appointments, their customer service is rubbish. I have now cancelled only managing to get my survey fee refunded. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We used their sister company, Safestyle UK to replace our doors and windows, which we were happy with. Since then, we have received several cold calls from Virgo, looking for us to replace the doors and windows already replaced by their company! Considering they were only replaced 2 years ago, it would be a waste of money. However, it is their persistent cold calling, no matter how much you ask to be taken off their data base, that seriously ticks me off! Yes, these people have a job to do, but they should respect the customers requests to be taken off their data bases. This is a blatant disregard for their customers wishes, and they need to be investigated into their high pressure selling tactics! I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY, NOR THEIR SISTER COMPANY, SAFESTYLE! They will make your lives miserable!

Appaulling .
First & foremost i finally got the job finallised,after a lot of upset from the sales department on the phone,& abruptness,when wanting to cancel the whole thing because of being let down 3 times & losing pay from my own job, i was threatened to be taken to court & would'nt want to go down that road was the words a certain Mr Owens said to me. very upset & distraught i've had to have the job done,to which they did'nt complete properly,could'nt lock the door & take the key out,so had to leave keys in door,(yeah felt very safe not) theres just myself & my young daughter living in my property i work & save hard to get jobs done to be treated appaullingly by these so called male sales reps,who treated me badly. so this morning 2/3/13 at 7.20am i fially got my locks sorted out,but not to be asked by someone called Mark from sales if i was handy with a screw driver first, & i could loosen the handle myself.I tell you you got to laugh at these people. Safe Style put me in touch with this company because i needed my drain pipes doing as well & they don.t do that, But NEVER again will i EVER use either company. I urge anyone else not to either.

nusance phone calls
had a quote a few yrs ago. they have not stopped phoning. 2 calls aday 4 5 calls a week. they are nusiance calls.told them had all work done.but still phoning.they are a REAL nusance you can not block the calls as no is withheld .

Beware!!
Anyone who has an elderly relative beware of this company! They cold called on my grandmother and quoted her £7000 for about 40 meters of guttering on a semi detatched. The sales man pressured her into paying a £900 deposit! Luckily we managed to put a stop to the cheque and cancelled all work with this company before the due to start date! We called a friend who has a local guttering firm who is doing the whole job for about 1/4 of the price my grandmother paid for the deposit to these scammers! AVOID AT ALL COST

quote for Virgo Windows
I have just had a salesman come to my house to quote me for 7 new windows and a new door. He did not bring any literature, note book or tape measure. If fact he told me Virgo were not cheap and I should get someone else in. Who the hell do they thing they are. He did not stay more than 5 minutes I have never felt so be littled in my life Can not really comment on the value or quality because I did not get a chance to see their product or find out what they would cost. Fumming that the salesman did not think it was worth his while

Terrible Service - DO NOT USE
Horrendous experience, Approximately 4-5 years ago i rang Virgo to enquire about new windows for my Bradford Property, they werent interested they simply wanted to do my Facia's, gave me a ridiculous price for the job and obviously i said no. Since then i have moved property & told them to stop contacting me atleast 10-15 times however every 2-3 months without fail i recieve a call from their "customer service" (sales) "we spoke recently about your facias, are you still wanting them replaced".... This company is a joke, avoid at all costs
