My name is Laura and I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist & Coach. I trained at the internationally renowned Quest Institute in London under the founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Trevor Silvester. I am also a qualified Solicitor. I started my career in law because I had the genuine desire to help people who had suffered owing to someone else's wrongdoing. However, my day to day experience of life as a solicitor was different to what I had expected, and whilst I enjoyed my job, I realised that I wanted to do more to help people.

I have always been interested in complementary therapy and like many other people nowadays, I tried various therapies until I attended a session with a Cognitive Hypnotherapist. I loved that I was treated as an individual with the treatment plan tailored specifically around me. I was so fascinated by this approach that I signed up for the course to become a therapist who makes a difference in people's lives. I am a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioner Association (QCHPA). I am governed by their strict code of ethics and I am fully insured.
