I couldn't agree more with the earlier review. I too have been badly let down by this company which are full of empty promises about my delivery after saying products are in stock on their website and taking money from me. Don't touch Wantthelook.com with a bargepole...

absolute rubbish
Lawrence Anthony owns Wantthelook.com. Let's hope that their haircuts are better than their customer service through their online shop. they took £50 off my card, said my products were in stock only for them never to turn up. Even though they promised me every week that they would be stored. But they never contacted me to tell me that. They then just refunded my card without my say so. I've wrote a letter of complaint 3 weeks before Christmas for it to be ignored, so I then sent an email last week via their website - and nothing. Tried to contact via their Facebook page, and surprise surprise you can't post of contact them. Hmmmm perhaps its because they treat their cusotmers in such an appaling way an can't and won't make any changes to their business practise. I'm so angry about this that no one has even had the respect to apologise to me rather than ignore me. How rude? so if you get yor haircut by Lawrence let him know about how rudely I've been treated. Midland hairdresser of they year? Really?!
