We can visit your home or premises during office hours or, if you prefer, in the evening or at the weekend.

Maintenance Contracts

Businesses are becoming more and more dependent on their computerised systems. When they break ( and they will break) you and your employees will be, at best, less productive. At worst, a major fault could ruin your business. Effective maintenance will help the situation. LAWTEK Ltd offers various Maintenance Contract packages: On-Site Visits: Regular on-site visits allow our engineers
to attend to scheduled maintenance tasks. Remote / Telephone Support: Provided as a part of our basic contract package. You are welcome to call us for any problem. The service is provided during normal working hours and you may also Email us with problems if you prefer. Fixed Cost Per Machine: We cover all hardware faults and errors occurring for a fixed monthly fee. Best suited to Companies with limited IT resources in-house who need to ensure that everything keeps running reliably with no surprises and few changes.

Virus Protection

The majority of faults we attend are due to virus attacks.

They can often be the cause of systems not booting, or slowing down.

Some PCs just sit there and do nothing but steal your bank and credit card details and passwords.

At LAWTEK we believe prevention is better than cure, and so after clearing any viruses from your systems, and repairing any damage a virus attack can do, we will always advise as to the best possible precautions to take.
