Website payment doesn't work properly, unsure if I've been charged or not. No response to email and no answer to any phone numbers. Found same products on eBay for 30% less. 1 star because 0 not possible. Website should be removed from google search

I saw quite a few negative comments after I placed my order and so was onto the company pretty quickly - not through the phone number or web address on their site but through another site. I had communication with Darren Brown daily as it took over three weeks. The Urns finally arrived today.

awful, waited for me to contact them before telling me they didn't have it in stock, then told me i would get my money back but never heard from them again after that.. didn't even have a phone number that i could contact them on ... luckily i paid through paypal who got me my money back.. looking at the other reviews it seems like i wasn't the only one

DO NOT USE THIS CROWD (I cannot say company as that would suggest a degree of professionalism!). They will take your money and not send your goods. One order failed online or so I thought so I placed another (unfortunately both went through). That is TWO payments for an item they then didn't deliver. I chased them up about delivery and they told me they were cancelling the order because they couldn't guarantee delivery and would refund me. Repeated communications with them have got me nowhere and I have received no goods or refunds. Goods of no use now anyway as the burial has taken place!!!! It is particularly dreadful considering the nature of the business when it is already a difficult time for the purchaser.
