Worst taxi company in Linton
Unfortunately I could not get hold of our very good usual taxi company LINTON CABS 01223 890965 so I phoned LB cabs However, I didn't expect to be sent a car all the way from Sawston and charged more than double of any other taxi company in the area. This man at LB Cabs is rude and completely takes the mickey out of his customers, thinks he should be thanked for arranging a taxi from miles away whatever the cost to the customers. If they can't handle the booking then they should not accept it or at least have said so. Phoned approx 3.5 hours before I needed the taxi and left a phone number in case of any problems. When I phoned to complain about the cost of a 6mile journey being £25 I was greeted with rudeness and the man had the cheek to think I should have been thanking him for organizing a taxi from miles away!!!. The worst Taxi company ever to have been used. The same journey carried out by LINTON CABS 01223 890965 cost £10 just last week. SHAME ON YOU L B CABS
