LEADERSHIP TRIBE PVT LTD is a company committed to TOUCH, MOVE AND INSPIRE individuals and organizations towards transformational change. We are a team of Corporate Trainers, lead by a decorated officer of the Indian Army, with a rich reservoir of experiential knowledge and industry best practices as our core competence.

Our Founder Colonel Ranjeev K Babu, VSM, an ex-army officer, has served in the Indian Army as a Combat Army Aviator and Counter Terrorism Specialist for over 24 years. With an enviable track record and awards to his name, he is now a Conflict Resolution and HR Management Specialist, Behavioral Sciences Trainer, Operational Logistician and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner. Colonel Ranjeev has been a visiting faculty member at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, during his tenure as an Instructor at the College of Defence Management, Secunderabad and has significant exposure in public-private sector collaboration and participation.

Our other founding member is Krishna Chodipilli, a Strategic investor, Corporate Executive Coach and Trainer from UK. He works as an advisor and been helping FTSE 100 companies globally for the last seventeen years. He specializes in Organisational & Leadership Development and Leading Change, Conflict Resolution through Helpful Mind Set and Business Consultancy.

Leadership Tribe is a team of professionals who are committed in creating empowered and effective leaders in society. Our trainers and coaches belong to diverse professional backgrounds creating a blend of experience and versatility. Our coaches are Agile, Scrum, SAFe and NLP certified. We also have a certified Image Consultant to take care of the external manifestations of leadership impact.
