Be Warned - Part of wedding outfit missing on big day without apology

To be fair, this could be a one of - but then again, do you want to risk it? The wedding dresses are beautiful & prices are great (seems to be a sale on all the time). The sales service is great. The bride & I took the dress back to get steamed, on returning to the shop 2 days later, the owner said that the dress hadn't been dropped off. Once that was sorted out, she said it wasn't ready - no big deal; I went for a coffee. Just as the bride was leaving the house she asked for her matching bag & wrap - they weren't there. The lady had forgotten to put the outfit back together before I picked up the dress & took it to my house. The bride went back to the shop to complain & the owner didn't apologise or offer any kind of compensation - she seemed to put the blame back onto the bride. The owner did however give the bride the bag & wrap - not much use to her now though. Like I said, it could be a one of, however an apology would've been nice
