very poor customer service
We paid an absolute fortune for a Stressless suite from Coles furnishers who were taken over by Leekes, whilst dealing with Coles the aftersales was ok, but as soon as they were taken over they didn't want to know and were very unhelpful, we are now stuck with A £4500 Stressless Sofa that isn't fit for purpose due to the colour coming off the leather. Yes, this is a manufacturing default which was accepted by Coles on behalf of Stressless, but not Leekes. A very bad experience dealing with both Stressless and Leekes furnishers and we were accussed of cleaning the sofa with unsuitable chemicals - but we only ever used the special leather cleaning kit reccomended by Coles when we purchased the sofa to do the job. (expensive) Be warned before spending your hard earned cash. We had used Coles previously for other purchases but will not use Leekes again we will now be returning to Lee Longlands for future purchases as we have been more than happy with their service in the past
