A terrible experience
Having a terrible sitting then being promised a proof to see they did not do this and charged,£500 for a the bile picture when asked foa a refund they refused surprisingly not wanting to be photoshopped in the point blank a refund ii am hreartbroken with the results no portrait and no money to go anywhere else so very cruel and unprofessional

Overpriced, very slow and average quality
We went to Len Dance to get a canvas print done after seeing a voucher on Groupon. After paying for the voucher (cost £25 and had a value of £75) , we went and had our photos done. We were left waiting a long time - they have been understaffed on the three occasions we have been there - but eventually had photos done of us and our family, When we went to view the photos they were underwhelming to say the least. I could have done the same with a standrad camera at home. Nevertheless, we had the voucher for £75 and wanted to get a canvas print. The prices, even considering the £75 we had off, were astronomical. For the one canvas print we ended up paying nearly £400 on top of the voucher (it's about 60cm by 30cm). They told us it would be 4-6 weeks which I thought sounded like a long time (my sister got photos done of her with her new baby about 2 weeks after us and had them back within a week, including a canvasa print) but we accepted it, having spent so long there already. 4 weeks later they phoned and asked how we'd like the canvas done. We told them the way that we had arranged at the viewing sessions, the one we paid for (we had to pay for it in advance i.e. before we saw the finished product). They said it would be 4-6 more weeks. Eventually, 10 weeks after the initial meeting, we kept phoning until they said it would be done. We went to collect it and they kept us waiting as they checked to see if it had come in yet. The canvas was okay, but no better than the average canvas you can get done anywhere. It's worth just a fraction of the price we paid and I regret ever using them.
