I cannot explain how poor their customer service is. Be warned - they make a house purchase/sale far more stressful than it is already. Receptionists actually hang up on phone calls!!! The solicitor himself has been unavailable for up to weeks at a time (taking nearly 7 weeks to respond to a written enquiry) - and in his absence, receptionists pass on the wrong information. They were not instructed by us, the purchasers, but by one of the vendors so I cannot comment on their legal advice but this is a general comment about the customer service of this office.
