There are many types of relationship issues, including personal , family and work. If you are having difficulty getting on with other people, Lesley can help you analyse you own part in the relationship and help you find ways of making new choices so that you can achieve the results that you want. When woking on relationships this can be done individually or as a couple.

Self Esteem & Self Image

Some of the biggest obstacles that we have in life are those that we put in front of ourselves. By working with Lesley you can turn those negatives into positives. There may be situations that you are uncomfortable with or that you feel that the way you look is affecting your life, through your therapy you will understand what makes you think the way that you do and you will explore the options to change your thought processes.
