Our Services

At Let two we are proud to be one of the few agents in Kirklees to be members of both ARLA – The Association of Residential Lettings Agents and TPO – The Property Ombudsman – Residential Lettings & Property Management. Both bodies ensure that we, as letting agents are bound by strict codes of practice so you can be assured you are dealing with a professional company who are safeguarding you and your investments.

Landlords

At Let two you can choose from the traditional “tenant finder” “tenant finder plus”, “rent collection” and “full management” options, or select individual items from the comprehensive services that we offer and only pay for those you require. Our flexible approach allows you to be in control without being tied into a fixed package.

As well as a bespoke service, we can offer you the benefit of our combined 40 years experience in the property industry. Because knowledge and expertise are crucial to every aspect of letting your property we take our responsibilities seriously, with all of our clients personally looked after by one of our company directors.

Tenants

We let and manage furnished and unfurnished apartments, flats and houses throughout Huddersfield and the surrounding area. Please use our property search to view a shortlist, although our stock changes daily and you should contact us for current availability or to register your requirements.
