I first engaged Lethbridge Roofing to remedy a leaking roof. Terry carried out a quick straight forward repair by replacing some degraded tiles. I kept his business card and 15 years later, after being messed around by builders doing a loft conversion, I eventually call Lethbridge again and find Terry is still there still trading. His services were immediately employed again this time to carry out some lead flashing, parapet brickwork and the rendering of the neighbours side of a party wall - all done extremely timely and with sound quality. The pedigree Terry brings speaks for itself where workmanship, craftsmanship and happy neighbours come as standard. Just as important Terry had no problems giving sincere advice on the integrity of work carried out by others where his only concern was my family being/feeling safe inside the home as opposed to trying to fabricate extra work for himself. Terry has since become the central figure in getting the rest of my build across the finish line with my only regret being why I didn't call him first.
