Lexus Nottingham

I have on two occasions had a truly shocking service from these cowboys. They are very helpful & polite when looking to buy or upgrade car, but it's a completely different story when their bodyshop gets involved. I once spilt paint on the carpet of my RX400h which required seat removal etc to get to the carpet. When I got my car back the leather had been torn on seats and doors in various places. I complained & they did a very good repair job but I was told they did not believe it was they who did it! A year later I had a sensor replaced, & once again was greeted with my car only to find they had scuffed an entire quarter of my front tyre rim and tore the side wall of the tire. I was again told they did not believe they did it, and they 'as a good will gesture' fixed the rim (£50), but refused point blank to replace the tire they had damaged (£180). Absolutely shocking service, not only did they damage my car on two occasions, they had the nerve to tell me I had done it! I will never buy another Lexus after that experience! Appalling!
