Scammers

initially, Liam was fast to respond and keen to get the ball rolling. his employee Callum arrived next day and seemingly got the job done first try, unblocking shower pipes and removing a piece of plumbing. he promised to come back the next day just to drop the tap/filter which he had forgotten. within an hour after he left the shower was put to use and there was massive water leaking all the way to the room below. I immediately called them and they said they might have broken and old pipe. we were happy to have them replace the old plumbing if necessary and even talked about other improvements around the house they'd also quote us for. they promised to come and fix the leaking as agreed. over the course of the 10 days they continued to be apologetic in texts and calls, about the inconveniences and delays, each time saying they would come and fix all of this as agreed, but they never seemed to want to actually commit on a day and time. I pushed a bit and gave them more than enough chances to come and get their mess fixed in different dates and times, but at this point they stopped replying. ***Obviously due to the above I would not recommend their services***
