Owner 'JJ' is arrogant, ignorant, delusional and irresponsible. How he has managed to maintain his job and this established to this day I don't know. I guarantee anything and everything in your flat that could have a problem or break, will. Worst place I've ever lived in my entire life and the idiots running it dont help either.

every thing here will let you down
Actually, the long distance from here to the city center, the bad environment, and the old and inadequate facilities might not be the problem, since I am not a picky person. But, the extremely unfriendly and irresponsible administrator does make people very upset. Whatever you tell him, or whenever you ask for help, the response you will get from that administrator is "it's your problem, none of my business". If you are the last one moving out from your flat, your deposit might not be given back to you. Because you need to pay for the flat clean for your whole flat, only you, not your roomates, no matter how much contribution you have given to the flat clean.
