I visited Life Massage because at 34 weeks pregnant I had terrible lower back pain. It was my first pregnancy massage and I was a bit nervous about doing anything that might disturb baby or trigger labour! However, Lorena put my mind at rest by explaining all the oils she was using and movements during the massage. The massage itself targeted the pain very specifically, and I definitely felt gradual pain relief over the following 3-4 days. As a bonus, Lorena gave me the remainder of the unused oil to take away and use at home which was lovely.
