We've come a long way since 2002 when we first set up the business. It all started when Spencer Fearn and Andrew Wright decided to tap into young talent by launching an innovative music and graphics programme. That was in our first home in the heart of Bethnal Green. These days we still have a thriving centre there but we've expanded across the UK and now have Training Centres in Basildon, Peckham, Lowestoft, Rotherham and Sheffield. And of course there's also our Leeds centre run by our sister company, Progressions UK.

We were awarded a Grade 2 from the Adult Learning Inspectorate in 2005 and Ofsted in 2009. Between 2009 and 2012 we received four consecutive top 100 placings in The Sunday Times list of Best Small Companies to Work For, and we also received extraordinary status in the Best Companies awards in 2009 and 2011.
