About
We are a fitness centre offering a state of the art gymnasium. Our membership prices start from just £15.00 per month and offer a free consultation, free programme and free classes such as spinning, circuit class, legs, bums and tums and Zumba. We are open to the general public 363 days per year from 6.30am - 9.30pm during the week and 8.00am - 6.00pm at weekends. Our fitness instructors are always on hand to give you expert advice in all levels of fitness.
New Zumba Classes
We now run Zumba classes every Saturday morning from 10 - 11am. All classes are free to members.
Specialist Services
We offer expert advice from our fitness instructors on nutrition and posture. We also offer personal training sessions (extra charge applies for these).

As a member I can honestly say that it represents great value for money,under 5 pounds per week for the use of the gym,the evening classes,personal programmes,hot showers etc.I've shed almost 3 stone in 6 months and am now at a weight I want to be at.The centre is expertly run by Julie ,and ably assisted by Gemma ,John and Mark.
