My name is Tracey and I have been practising as a healing facilitator since 2002. There are many powerful tools available today that offer each of us a way to develop the skills we need to transform our lives. Often we find ourselves simply going along, existing day by day, when it's possible for each of us to live an enlightened, healthy and abundant life. Whatever we want to achieve is possible, whether it's overcoming physical illness, emotional issues, stress or spiritual enlightenment. A Light Balance session works with the unique needs of each individual, tailoring the work to suit the issues a person is currently facing in life. Light Balance healing sessions are available both in person (in Fareham, Hampshire) and as distance healing sessions. I currently work with the EMF Balancing Technique®, Jin Shin Jyutsu® and Reiki.
