Felt at ease
Have been to another dentist who refused to carry the work, I then attended light lane surgery where they said they could do the work! They where patient skilful and I am over the moon with the outcome even the dental nurse made me fell at ease can't thank everyone enough!

Nervous no more!
Terrified of visiting. Took me 3 years to make the appointment. Walked in off the street after a forceful (but loved) friend urged me. Greeted with a smile and an understanding dental nurse. Appointment made for the following day. Went for appointment today and was immediately put at ease. Greeted by name.., communication between staff was excellent as didn't have to explain my anxiety to each person I came in to contact with. Staff introduced themselves, talked me through procedures, care plans and options without feeling rushed or inadequate. Back tomorrow morning for treatment needed with unrealistic fears alleviated. Feel confident in trusting the dentists professionalism. Thank you all, can't recommend you enough.
