Since then we have continued to grow and expand our range of both art, drawing and design specific lightboxes and advertising and display lightboxes for both internal and external use. In addition to this we offer a bespoke service; amongst our commissions we have created lightboxes that have been embedded in tables, become backlit chess boards, used as external battery powered lecterns and created frameless ultra slim lightboxes for use in a major exhibition.

Terrible customer service
Like many, I was taken in by the banner across the top of their website offering "Free UK next day delivery", and placed an order with LightboxUK (or Eyebright as they are also known). When it was evidently clear it wasn't going to arrive before I required it, I politely requested a refund (which to be fair to LightboxUK, they said they would do). 11 days later and many, many emails to them it still hadn't been processed. My emails to them were being opened (I could see this from a tracking code embedded in the email) and apparently ignored. It was only when I threatened to raise a dispute with PayPal for the outstanding refund that they acted. Can't decide whether they are hopelessly disorganised or simply dishonest; either way avoid and go elsewhere. Found a similar item on Amazon for quite a bit less. This, of course, did arrive the following day!
