About Us

Choosing a name for our industrial, creative photographic space was easy. There seemed no name more fitting than The Light Den.



Boasting large south and south west facing windows, the super high level of natural lights provides not only a dramatic backdrop but superb conditions for quality photographic results from sunrise to sunset.



Developed in an old cotton mill in Stockport, our design inspiration was drawn from the loft apartments in New York. Utilising the high shabby ceilings and unique a mix of old brick work and contemporary textures, The Light Den provides the ultimate retro space for fashion and product creative photography.



Our clients also enjoy the benefits of an extended selection of creative back drops within the mill complex. Sunny corridors, decaying structures, original Victorian iron work and an original large freight elevator provide an endless supply of creative possibilities all at your disposal.
