I can support you to make changes to the way that you think, act or feel about specific people, situations or behaviours.

I am a hypnotherapist who has the benefit of a background in mental health nursing. I have worked for 26 years in mental health and well being services in roles ranging from practitioner to senior manager. I believe that this experience has equipped me to understand and work productively with individuals and organisations.

I am registered with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (Affil) and the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Working to their strict codes of conduct ensures that my practice remains ethical, safe and to a high standard.

I have enhanced DBS clearance to work with vulnerable adults and children, and have professional indemnity in place via Holistic Insurance Services.
