Appalled at the conditions of the birds' cages.
I only had time to look round the bird section of the shop but I was shocked to see that some of the birds didn't have access to water. This was either because they didn't have a water bottle attached to their cage or because it wasn't dispensing properly because it was faulty. Either way, some of the birds did not have access to water. Also, in some of the outside aviaries, there was no enrichment for the birds in the form of toys. I don't know how much birds sell for but it seemed to me that they were just in it to make a profit without really caring for the animals. I urge you not to shop here.
