Good nursery, bad management
I don't have any problem with the nursery or the carers. However, the manager shouldn't be around children. The way she behaves is unbelievable, today she made one of the staff cry in front of the children and some parents like me. If I was the owner I will look up who I have as my front house, if she represents the nursery I will be worry. It is a shame that such as lovely place can be so disappointed for one person.
