We are a family business which has been trading for over 100 years. Between the current owner(Helen Heffron) and staff we have nearly 80 years of experience in the business and what we can't help you with we have a host of lovely, very well qualified people that we can call on!

We sell a wide range of vitamins, mineral and herbal supplements, natural skincare and cosmetics, sport products, essential oils and a wide selection of herbal teas.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and will do our very best to get you back in balance.

Also on board are two qualified therapists offering a wide range of holistic therapies and beauty treatments in our stylish treatment rooms down stairs and a fully qualified/registered Homeopath who is happy to arrange consultations in store. So, whatever your ailment, we strive to help!
